Textile Machines Cylinder Drying
TEMA, key machines in the manufacture of textile machinery before the turnkey, domestic materials and Turkish engineering has completed with accumulation. One of these machines is a cylindrical drying machine which is preferred for drying for open fabrics.
MANUFACTURING DIFFERENCES
Cylinder drying is preferred to further reduce energy costs in the ram machine. All cylinders are covered with Teflon as seen in the mounting drawings on the side. Rotary steam heads are made from the same side with steam inlet and condensate returns. J-box is used at the inlet and outlet of cylindrical drying. Fabric centering elements are used at the inlet and outlet of the cylindrical dryer.
MACHINE AUTOMATION
TEMA used Lenze 8200 series vector controlled speed control devices in cylinder dryer. We used locks to synchronize the machine with the pneumatic regulators to adjust the tension.
VENTILATION
The two-zone ventilation design was applied on the top of the cylindrical dryer, and the fan combination removes the vapor leaving the fabric and is removed from the machine without dripping. In order to prevent dripping, at the same time, extra bends were given to the hood and the collected water was transferred down to the regions where it was created against possible dripping.
FABRIC CONCRETE J-BOX
TEMA has designed and implemented JBOX in order to stop at the entrance and exit of the cylindrical drying machine at the entrance of new fabrics and in the process of taking the fabric to the working fabric so as to save energy and time. In these JBOXs, the stacking speed is high so that the tap can be emptied in a short time.
FABRIC COOLING CYLINDERS
Thanks to 2 cooling cylinders at the exit of the machine, it prevents time for the fabric to move away from the machine at high temperatures and saves time for other processes.
