Atmospheric jig machines are modernized with machines that are old in manufacturing but need modernization or have high hydraulic maintenance costs. Hydraulic units have been used in the manufacture of known old machines such as Mezzera, Intes, MCS. Maintenance and oil costs of hydraulic units are very high. It is a logical solution to choose the replacement process, which is controlled by an AC motor instead of them and is low enough to be maintenance-free. In modernization we take hydraulic motors and units and replace them with AC motors. The automation of the machine is fully controlled. PLC and HMI are used for this purpose. If desired, remote access can be made. There is no change in the capacity of the machine during modernization, and the reduction of electricity costs is a very positive contribution. Besides, the speed control and tension adjustment which is very important for the jiger is realized exactly.
