Jiger
JIGER is a machine which is made of knitted fabric and gives long tension on the woven fabric so that it can be dyed. It is the oldest machine that can do the cloth dyeing process.
Normally there are two types of jigger: 'atmospheric' and 'pressurized' jigger. After completion of the Jiger, the finished fabric is sent to the ram machine for fixing.
Mechanical structure of jigger:
Jiger machine is a textile machine that works according to the principle of back and forth working of fabric on two smoothly-laid master cylinders and adds value to the fabric with the operations it performs. The fabric is initially wound on one of the master cylinders (A cylinder), depending on the capacity of the machine and the nature of the fabric, a partide is wound around the fabric cylinder at a distance of about 500 m to 6000 meters. This fabric is then transferred to the other cylinder in the same way through cylinder B. During the transfer of the fabric between A and B several times, finishing to the fabric is performed by the water or chemical material on the boat.
These two master cylinders are controlled by AC motors. Diameter change and speed as well as tension control are made continuously. Our company is very experienced for this process.
Jiger equipment:
-Ana cylinders
-Score
-Guard cylinders
-Water heating cylinder
-Adjustable fabric release cylinder
-Boil boat
- Chemical preparation machine
-Tape discharge
-Clamps
Jigerin advantages:
-Only painting is an advantage for other machines.
- Savings with 1: 3 raw material ratio
With a chemical ratio of 1: 4, it saves a great deal of chemical and steam consumption
- Significant savings with low chemical consumption
-Make the user do not need to know how to dye the fabric, easy training
Jigerde fabric and passage:
In Jiger, fabric is passed not only from the main cylinders, but also from auxiliary cylinders with functions. In each of these passages, called "passages", float dipping and 'fabric breaker' '' curved cylinders help the fabric to process correctly and appropriately.
The flotation rate in the vessel varies with temperature, how many times the fabric will pass through, the speed and tension of the fabric depending on the finishing process. To do this easily, a large and comprehensive 'recipe program' operator panel is installed.
The basics of painting a fabric jigger:
The jigger paint takes place in 3 stages:
1) Transferring the paint molecule from the tack to the fabric. This is done by auxiliary materials and increasing heat energy.
2) The penetration of the dye into the fabric of the fabric surface. For this event, the fabric is agitated by the dye in the dyebath or both by heat.
3) The effect of chemical bonds and physical forces allows the paint to hold onto the fabric. The forces can be weak or strong.
* Many paint processes require direct or indirect steam energy.
Jiger control equipment:
To date, the following control equipment has been used intensively for control systems;
-Asynchronous motor
-Lenze AC inverter
-Klockner Moeller CPU PS4 271-MM1 and local expansion modules connected to this CPU.
-Galileo touch color display MV4-150 TA1 model
-Sucosoft PLC software
-Lenze CAN bus editor
